Jackson Pollock

Jackson Pollocks work can be confusing and at first glance it could be seen as chaotic and meaningless, but it is actually quite expressive. His work on his “drip painting” was a great inspiration to me in the pass and to many others too.

Drip painting was just an experiment in the twentieth century and it was in the mid-twentieth-century where Jackson Pollock use the technique almost exclusively. His work was filled with energy and with the lines of paint unified, creating a pattern allowing the eyes to travel from one end of the painting to the other and back again.
